FARMERS’ Market 🍓 It’s summer and it means it’s time for fresh seasonals 🍒 I’ve got a lot of messages about the pop-up market that I posted in stories last week, which inspired me to make a list for those of you, who is interested in local food without pesticides and other preservatives 🌽 All of the markets are brimming with veggies, fruits, herbs, flowers, honey, ready-to-eat meals, and even wine. Most of the vendors are certified farmers & their food is primarily organic. It’s a spacious place with a lot of vendors, baked goods, antiques on weekends and etc. The market hosts various events, has two floors & a cooking school (market kitchen) 👩🏼🍳 Evergreen Brick Works’ Farmers’ Market 💚 is opened on Saturdays, and offers local and seasonal food. It also has nature trails for hiking and cycling & a pretty BONUS - an eco store. Accessibility: There is a FREE shuttle bus that departs from Erindale avenue parkette.
