- What do you do when you’re feeling off? ⚡️ This week started off wacky. I’m anxious and impatient and dealing with personal things that irritate me to my core. ⭐️ My best way to deal with these feelings is to let myself move slow and get out of my head and into my body [which usually means slow long yoga sessions, nourishing my body with healthy food, and blasting my favorite music] ✨ Allow your body to tell you what it needs. Slow down and listen. I went to the store this morning and allowed my intuition to pick out food for me. This is what I ended up with for some snacks today plus some household essentials. 🌙 When we move too fast and constantly go go go, things will eventually get really weird and wacky and it’s important to have #selfcare routines to dive into when this happens. It’s our bodies telling us to chill the F out. Our bodies know what’s best for us so make sure you slow down once and a while and check in.
