Gotta say, this is the best chinese food I have had since returning to the states. It’s more fun reading through menus now that I know more about chinese food-while I might have just stuck to the staples before, I am now often opting for the stuff I might have not taken a second glance at before. Some textures that seemed too foreign are now little chewy bits that might remind me of late night bbq. But I mean, dumplings are still always gonna be on the table. Pork and cabbage dumplings/black fungus and snow peas #chinesefood
