Supper tonight! Ryan calls it “Bubble Gum Chicken” but the recipe is actually called Chicken Catalina Stir Fry. If you know me, you know the kitchen is not my happy place and that I’m an extremely picky eater. Therefore, this recipe is worth trying because I love it! 3/4 Cup Catalina Dressing 1/4 Cup Soy Sauce 1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder 1 lb Boneless Chicken, Cubed 1 lb Frozen Vegetables (I prefer the California Medley!) Heat dressing, soy sauce, and garlic powder in large skillet. Add cubed chicken, completely cook chicken, about 10 minutes. Add frozen vegetables. Cook and stir until heated. Served over cooked rice and enjoy! Serves four which is perfect for us because it makes great leftovers! Let me know if you’d make it again and any variations you tried!
