Life can get hectic at time, overwhelming and sometimes we just over think everything. It’s part of being human. I used to deal with a lot of anxiety about what I need to do and it has to workout and what if it doesn’t all of these things. But I’ve learned to deal with my thoughts by having down time from everything. Going to the beach and swimming by myself. Going for a walk with Newton. Just living in the present moment. True happiness is living enjoying right now. Im I’m saying don’t think or prepare for the future. I’m just saying, take time to take care of your mind.
