Added a cook band to the @ab_eze for some extra resistance. Working on some posterior chain stability to get her Handstands solid. When you don't have big machines you gotta get creative. Remember, it's not about resources, it's about resourcefulness.
First Pull day with the @gravityplussuit and it was tough. Didn't think 14lbs would dramatically lower my reps. Went from 10-12 to about 5-7 reps of each exercise. Was super tough to maintain the form with added weight on the arms and legs. Especially keeping the legs out on the chin Ups with the weight in the lower legs. Definitely a game changer from the vest with weights just on the chest and back. NOT saying it's better or worse, just a different feel. Fun challenge nonetheless. #flofitness #gravitysuit #pullups #back

The rectus is used eccentrically during Extension not just to create Flexion. So if you want a stronger mid section try these out.
