I’ve saved the best for last in my Food & Wine book. .✨I absolutely loved the Berbere-style beef tenderloin tips from the Africa marketplace! The meat was tender and full of flavor and accompanied by the creamiest side of pap. 🤤 If you’ve never had pap, it’s most closely related to polenta or grits. • • • My absolute favorite booth this year has to be the Flavors from Fire! 🔥 Unfortunately it was raining the entire night we went for round 2 of F&W, so I wasn’t able to get great photos BUT I can vouch that this new booth was worth a stop!✨When I asked my hubby to describe the Korean BBQ Piggy Wings, he literally said “succulent heaven in my mouth”, and I’d have to agree! 🐷✨But the smoked corn beef was next level! This dish came with warm homemade potato chips, pickled onions and blonde ale beer and cheese fondue. 🧀 OUT of this world good! 🔥And don’t worry if you’re not into hot foods.. they are the perfect balance of heat and flavor and not too spicy.
