Say cheese! 🤣🧀 Our next menu at U.P. (our 10-seat after-hours tasting table hidden upstairs) will be called U.P. Fromagerie, and it’s all about cheese. We’ve sourced all different varieties from @saxelbycheese for this menu of savory and sweet dishes, from gooey Baked Little Hosmer served warm with tea-smoked potatoes and duck prosciutto; to Baby Spinach Salad with warm Fourme D’Ambert blue cheese sauce and toasted pinenuts; Hand-Mixed Gnocchi with a simple cream sauce and your choice of grated cow, sheep, or goat’s milk cheeses; and Lobster Raclette with melted salt-brined Reading Raclette. And for dessert? 3 kinds of cheesecakes: a light-as-air Japanese style, my favorite Crème Fraîche version, and a fluffy San Sebastián-style.
