New England Day 2 This day tested our walking prowess as we traversed THE FREEDOM TRAIL, a unique Boston landmark marked largely by brick and walks you through various historic museums, churches, Meeting houses, burial Grounds, parks and historic markers that tells the story of American revolution and beyond while passing by Boston’s modern city streets. Impressed at how this country’s history unfolded from being a British colony to the SuperPower it is today. As though the iconic walking tour was not enough, we walked down the high end shopping st of Newbury while enjoying the perfect fall weather. In total, > 19,000 steps at the end of the day worthy to deserve a box of Dunkin Donut Munchkin Goodness, a loaded Bento Box and to-live-for Lady M Crepes FREEDOM TRAIL Massachusetts state house Boston common Park street church Granary burial grounds King’s chapel Boston old city hall (now a steak house) Old south meeting house Old state house Faneuil hall Quincy market Paul revere house Charkestown bridge Bunker hill monument POST FREEDOM TRAIL *boston public garden *newbury street *restoration hardware *copley square/ trinity church *boston public library
