“We do not live to make money. We eat and make money to be able to live” that is what life means and life is for. b r o k e n / my body is beyond exhausted. it’s only day 2 but i’m completely shattered. always thought i was strong but this time i’m really hanging on a thin thread. apparently 12.5 hours shifts from 5.45am-6.15pm, 25 mins company bus ride that so far i always almost miss, or missed because my job agent is simply irresponsible and unresponsive, 30 mins cycling in complete darkness and in the rain, cooking meals for days’ lunch and dinner, well that’s a new level of brokenness. by far the worst experience in nz, a loner girl with just a pathetic bicycle in foreign nz that you can’t get anywhere without your own vehicle and winter where there is only 10 hours of sunlight. i know it’ll get better. it just has to. #kyhtravels
