It's been an interesting training week. Started off with deadlifts, which were 💩 so they're not to be seen in this post. Squats still missing depth with heavier weights but my core is feeling more stable during each rep. Overhead press I've been flaring out my elbows to soon. Close grip bench has been moving smooth. @neversate close grip bench video has really helped my bench.
