This week at The Dish Cafe...
The calendar almost says spring, the forecast says different though. Wild and wonderful West Virginia, indeed! Sounds like a great week for #tacos and #pizza!
#TacoTuesday we will have Chicken BLT Tacos, and our Salmon Fajitas! Our tacos will come with tender, breaded chicken, crispy bacon, diced tomato, artisan lettuce, monterey jack cheese, and topped with avocado ranch dressing.
Our Salmon Fajitas will feature our Scottish Salmon, seasoned to perfection, on a bed of sauteed onion and pepper, and will have all of the proper fajita fixings.
Our #PieOfTheWeek on Wednesday will be the Jamaican Jerk Pie! Grilled, dry-rubbed chicken, along with our sweet and spicy sauce give this a flavor like no other. We then add red pepper, banana pepper, onion, and monterey jack cheese on a crispy, fresh dough. This is one of our favorite pizza creations, and we can't wait to share all of this with you!
