So much goodness that I could barely fit it all in one pic 🙌🏻💕! To say I’m excited about my #mealprep yesterday is an understatement! I had the time to get breakfast, lunch and dinners prepped for the week 💪🏻! Here are the details on what I made⬇️⬇️👀. .
🍳Breakfast: Lemon blueberry overnight oats and @evolfoods breakfast sandwiches.
🥗Lunch: Chicken with spaghetti squash and @raoshomemade sauce. Bbq tofu with sweet potatoes, broccoli and farro.
🍗Dinner: Salmon with chickpeas and peppers and “turkey burgers” with a sriracha mayo.
🥨Snacks: @lantanafoods hummus and cucumbers, @larabar and bananas.
⁉️FAQ: It took me 2 hours to prep this! I also prepped for @brianmarris as well so take what you see x2! My containers are from @costco and can be microwaved. I used @mrsdashrecipes Italian and garlic and herb seasoning on my proteins.
