@kayjoopang start with something small and build the good habits. Be patient you can't just rely on willpower alone. If most of your habits are not the good. Example start with something small like no more than 3 deep fried foods in a week. Than the next week go to 2 deep fried food afterward one. Than when you master that habit. Add another one.
Than just repeat and repeat till you get to where you want to be. Than you bascially don't even really need to try hard. It's better to get fit in 5years for sure and never turn back. Than looking good in a year using diet and willpower and not able to stay in that shape forever. Hope this help. Thanks for the question 😊
