Truth or rubbish? 😳#beinchargeofyourlife #beinchargeofyourhealth #blamegame #victimmentality
Ha ha I found it to be true in one relationship. We ate late.... lots more food and carbs because he was tall and wanted to stay big. My cortisol levels were also out so yeah it was true for me. 😬
Haha was going to comment then read your hashtags 🤣🤣🤣
Rubbish.... you decide what you put in your mouth....
True for me 😖🤣... no blame... just weakness... giving in to temptation!!! When I live on my own I don’t have those foods in the fridge or cupboard!!! Makes it so much easier not to eat them when they’re not there!!! 😸
Slow news day today 🤷♂️
Hey buddy we are doing great thank you loving following ya posts 👏👏👏 yep still keeping fit for sure love it 🥋
I can validate that! I put on weight when we first got together. My other half doesn’t eat seafood, and prefers red meat over any other protein. Portion size is also huge! His idea of “salad” is coleslaw, potato salad and pasta salad. And the amount of crap in the cupboard - chocolate, Lamingtons, chips and biscuits - it’s a lot harder to control your own eating when someone else puts all the temptations on your way and their lifestyle choices don’t match your own. It comes down to taking control of your own food and being disciplined. It’s hard but not impossible.
I think it is possible and can work both ways - particularly true of people who are not really focused on what they put in their mouth (which is most people if you look at the statistics of overweight and obese people in Australia/ world. If you see an overweight couple generally both have French Fries and soft drink in their hands - like lifestyle attracts like lifestyle. Look at the low socio economic group - dietary choices are very poor in men and women and they pass this on to their children. Also environment - what is sold at supermarket, the saturation of cheap high calorie foods available today. Lack of activity and movement. Simple question with complex answers!!! I could rave on....!
