It would seem that nothing can ever prepare us for the time change. Except for food! Food always makes things better!
For #TacoTuesday we will be bringing back Pork Carnita Tacos! This crispy, yet tender variation on pork is paired with fried onion, pico, monterey jack cheese, and a roasted jalepeno and pineapple creme.
We will also have a new take on Shrimp! This will be paired with a southwestern style risotto, along with fresh veggies, and a seasoning blend that you will have to taste to believe.
Wednesday, we will have yet another idea for our #PieOfTheWeek...Lobster Pizza! We take old bay seared lobster bites, shredded provolone, baby spinach, roma tomato, and finish with our house made Hollandaise sauce, as well as J.Q. Dickinson Salt Works finishing salt.
It is a good week to let us cook for you!
