Skipped the last three days from working out. Felt I was getting plenty lifting lids and certainly did not want to exacerbate my neck more than necessary. I’m glad I did because my neck is tight after this week.
But I’m back this morning! Shoulders and arms. Still taking it easy but also got a good workout.
Iced the neck after and going to the chiropractor later this morning.
All part of recovery. Not pushing too hard and listening to my body.
Also knowing my body and the difference between injury pain and tightness. When to push. When to lay off.
