Not every day is going to go as planned, work out perfectly, be full of laughter, stressfree, and overall be a good day.
Here are five things to remember when you are having a bad day:
📆virtually everything is temporary. Every day (sometimes thankfully!) has an end.
🌍there are approximately 7.4 billion people on this planet. When you are having a bad day, many, many other people are too! You are not alone.
🕯️never give up.
🌷try your best to stay positive. Giving in to negative emotions will only make your day feel and likely get worse.
🔑the key is to remind yourself that it's 'just a bad day, not a bad life.'
