K: That's like asking "what location do I most enjoy giving blood." For upper body it's Chest Press. For lower body its Leg Press.
What is your LEAST favorite SuperSlow exercise?
K: Rotary Torso. I've often said we should keep airline bags right next to the machine.
What is your "cheat" food?
K: I would say different forms of chips. No redeeming value but addicting.

How do you stay motivated?
K: The older we get, the wider the spread between the fit and the unfit. When I see the decline of most people my age, it really makes me want to keep being exceptional.
