Look Ma! The dumbbell is floating!
After a heavy squat day yesterday, I just wanted something that would make me sweat! And this did the trick:
5 rounds of •50 double unders
•10 single arm kb swings
•5 kb press
•50 steps bottoms up carry
•repeat the other direction wit the other arm.
Fun, sweaty, and just enough of a challenge. Give it a go!
